Rules:

- Checkout needs the buyer's approval. Do not complete a payment without the buyer's explicit consent at the time of payment.
- The MCP endpoint is rate-limited per IP address. Back off on 429 responses.
- Pass `context.address_country` and `context.currency` for accurate prices and availability.
