Let customers speak for us
from 34395 reviewsI've always liked what British supplements stands for in providing clean and properly dosed supplements. I use these two particularly to help me with my anxiety. Now I've not really suffered with a panic attack in a long time . I ran out of these two and I thought I'll be ok . Now I'm not saying because I ran out this is what caused me recently to have panic attacks but I like to think it helps to a degree. If you do suffer with anxiety I strongly believe in keeping active, eating more cleaning foods. Even getting some bloods work done to check if any is low so you can address it. maybe some therapy again this is individual to each person . Hopefully i will feel better in time. Please keep up the good work in providing us great supplements :)

Very happy with British Supplements, they're the only company I use now.
Everything highly appreciated, thanks

At the start of this year, I had been taking Sertraline for 11 years due to complex PTSD and associated anxiety. I’ve had a lot of treatment and interventions, yet I was still on the maximum dose up until a couple of years ago with my prescription never being reviewed. Due to side effects of the medication no longer being tolerable, I reduced my dose but could never lower it beyond 100mg. Earlier this year I decided again to try to reduce the dose and maybe even come off entirely. I have a new GP who was generally supportive but who did not think I’d be able to come off completely. The only thing I did differently to every other reduction / withdrawal attempt was add in supplements.
I started off with Ashwaghanda, Lions Mane & Cordyceps and seemed ok while reducing my sertraline dose. Further reading highlighted 5-htp as a mimic of SSRI, which I kept in mind but didn’t order. After 3 months (April), I was off the meds. I did struggle, it was not an easy process at all, and so I added in 5-htp which made a big difference and I was aware of it. I still wobbled a bit though.
Mid June, I added in Mucuna, in view of dopamine effect, and….AND….my world has changed. I can absolutely say that the combo of 5-htp and Mucuna - for me - has allowed me to finally come off sertraline AND live my life again in wellness. I feel completely different, more engaged and living again. I do need to monitor finances and so will likely drop some of the others and see how things go, but these 2 supplements will be my friends for life. Sadly, some of the SSRI side effects have not been reversed but after 11 years maybe that was a pipe dream. I’m not decrying the SSRI, there was a time it really helped me, but 11 years later it was causing more harm than good. I also take Vit D & Mega-Mag, though have always done, so not including them in this context.

I'm recovering from Fasciitis (all over my legs) and Fibromyalgia. Heard about British Supplements and gave them a go. 6 months on; Getting Stronger! My body is starting to knit back together again. Diet and exercise are Very important. Thanks British Supplements.
Keep It Pure.

Tried antibiotics and all kinds of mouth rinses and the. Heard how good green tea is for anti inflammatory. Bought from British Supplements straight away and within two weeks the inflammation and infection was gone. I paired this with clean diet, no alcohol and plenty of sleep and my body did its thing. Totally anecdotal- but this is now a firm part of my daily protocol

The quality of these product is exceptionally good buying supplements from this company is at one end of the spectrum where is buying from High Street health shops is at the other end. Once you try them, you will get hooked on buying from them because the quality starts to show after the first one or two supplements are taken.

Just finished my first 2 month’s supply of Turmeric and made sure I had my next 3 month’s supply before I ran out. I’m in my mid sixties and not particularly fit so you expect some stiffness on rising but taking daily Turmeric has really helped with this and I can move freely from the word go.
I’ve been told my cholesterol levels are raised by my GP but rather than go straight onto prescribed statin medication, I’m taking plant sterols from British Supplements too. I’ll see what effect they have had when my cholesterol levels are checked again in November, but I’m hopeful.
The delivery service from BS is second to none, as I’m sure I received my last order within 24 hours of making it. This, coupled with the fact that it is a British company, providing ‘clean’ supplements without unnecessary fillers means I have no hesitation at all in recommending them to friends, family and colleagues.

Clean Genuine Indian Turmeric Extract + Uptake Blend

I take vitamin d, b12 and milk thistle from British Supplements. I am 68 and overweight but I seem to have normal liver functions confirmed by a normal full blood count. I believe these supplements help a great deal.

Have stomach issues due to post concussion syndrome. I pour a capsule into water each morning and has helped less stomach issues after 1 month. Didn’t agree with me when taken as a capsule so I dilute with cold water

I'm a 38-year-old male. I train 5 days a week, mainly CrossFit, lots of walking and golf. Currently, I use British supplements like clean creatine, vitamin D k3, turmeric and mega magnesium.
I recently added NMN and TongKat in order to see if it would increase my output in the gym.
After 4/5 days of adding in NMN & TongKat, I started getting terrible heart palpitations, headaches, a rash and felt tired and fatigued + little to no energy.
I decided to test whether it was the NMN or TongKat and stopped taking the TongKat.
A week on and back to normal, and I feel great again.
My verdict is, the TongKat is incredibly strong, and I probably don't need it at the ripe age of 38 or have had a bit of a reaction.
Given 5 stars, very happy with the supplements and the mission they seem to be on.

Still early days but I’ll continue until I’ve taken all of the 3 month supply that I ordered, I have every faith they will help me long term.

For the past 6 months I have been going to the hospital for numerous tests camera up my nose and down my throat plus barium Xray. I have finally been diagnosed with hiatus hernia, silent reflux and mild heart failure. The medics first port of call are drugs including omerprezole. Which have significant side effects. I told my GP I did not want anymore drugs and said I was going to take slippery elm after reading a review with a chap who had side effects from omerprezole. What is that he said! I have only had the slippery for 10 days so it is too early to see if it is working.

Can you the berberine and this plant sterol together? Also how good is this plant sterol at reducing cholesterol levels quickly?
