What exactly do we get ? Each Capsule has 381mg of powder. 9 parts Sophora japonica, 1 part uptake blend. 342.9mg Sophora japonica 95% which is 325.7mg of Quercetin. 1 part uptake blend which is 38.1 mg and is 1:1:1 of Ginger extract 5%, Black peper extract 10% and Cummin extract 10/1. I've had bowel resections twice for Crohn's disease and the section removed both times was the junction between the small and large bowel. This is where Vit B12 is normally absorbed so this was an issue for me resulting in light-headedness. For about 6 months I've taken a Vit B12 about every 2-3 days and have not had any light-headedness since. The genuinely work well for this purpose.

Just had to leave a review for the Turmeric. Knee arthritis has been bothering me for a few years now. Injections didn't help and actually left it more painful. Decided I had nothing to lose trying Turmeric. After just a few days, the pain had disappeared. I am totally amazed! I can run on the treadmill again, which I had to stop a few months ago.

When you by supplements, you can not give an honest review all at once. WHY?
Because you have to try them for a period of time. Once you have tried and tested them over a period, then you can.
I feel like it does its job in the background, keeping me on the level, not getting stressed or anything. I've used other ashwaganda products and they can be a bit numbing, but this is decent stuff.

Hi Chris I've been taking your vitamin B12, Zinc and Collagen supplements now for several months and the difference in my overall health and skin has been remarkable. I was diagnosed with Sjogren's syndrome and Fibromyalgia several years ago and my health deteriorated considerably in no time at all. But now I have much more energy and fewer flare ups since taking these particular supplements.
