Good product, lovely and clean - probs need more than the mg per day provided though

I’ve been taking Ashwagandha for a few months now mainly because I am in my menopause and I heard it was a good herb to take for the menopause. Obviously everyone is different with their symptoms, but I have found that it helps with anxiety and palpitations. I find it calming, good for stress and it helps with sleep also. As it’s a herb I do take a break every few months for about a month, then restart. Ashwagandha has definitely helped me.

I have been using BS supplements for sometime. I have seen great results with all that I take. I used to buy from other companies both online and the high street but after trying these products would never go back these products from BS really do work thank you

I have taken magnesium for many years as I suffer from restless legs. Visiting my family in the UK came across BS. Was very impressed with what I read so thought I’d try a couple. Started with The magnesium it’s very good, I take 2 tablets at night, no problem with my restless legs. I’ve also started taking Lions Mane, I find this gives me an inner calm and also interested in the other benefits written about this product. Time will tell, but definitely notice the calmness, sleep better with these 2 products as well.
Can’t get them when I go back to Australia, hopefully this will change soon. I know you’re doing your best Chris.

Could quality product and happy to reorder but cost had gone up considerably which was annoying

A good strength and easy to take. Speedy delivery and good clean supplements. Very happy with all the ones I have taken including Onega, magnesium and zinc.

Last year I caught what they’re now calling the “100 day cough”. My Dr gave me antibiotics… lots of them because it didn’t really help. Long story cut short … I saw British Supplements and thought I’ll give them a try. Also tested positive for Histamine Intolerance. Awful thing to have !! I take quercetin, nac, natural vitamin c (acerola cherry) and ashwagandha. Have been taking them for a few months now and feeling better. Still negotiating what I can and can’t eat with the histamine intolerance but that is an on going thing. Hopefully will work it out in the end !! Thank you all so much. Can not recommend your products enough !! Thank you again !

They have always been very weak and because of that I chewed them, then they looked a mess.
