Welcome to www.british-supplements.net (the “Website”). This Website is operated by Real Health Supplements Ltd (trading as British Supplements) (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using this Website, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Website.
1. Contract Formation
A contract between you and Real Health Supplements Ltd is formed when you place an order through our Website and receive an order confirmation email from us. This confirmation signifies our acceptance of your offer to purchase and marks the point at which a binding contract is created.
2. Payment Terms
We accept payment via credit card, debit card, PayPal, and other available payment methods at checkout. All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include applicable UK VAT unless otherwise stated.
Payment must be received in full before any goods are dispatched. We reserve the right to refuse any transaction if payment authorization fails or is suspected of fraud.
3. Returns and Refunds
We offer a 30-day return policy on unopened, unused items. If you change your mind or are not satisfied, you may return eligible products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding shipping fees.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support at contactus@british-supplements.net with your order number and reason for return.
Note: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products unless they are faulty or incorrect.
4. Delivery Timelines
We aim to dispatch all orders the same day when placed before 3pm, Monday to Friday. Please note, we do not operate over the weekend, so orders placed after 3pm on Friday or during the weekend will be processed on Monday a lot of the time. During busy periods, especially Mondays and Tuesdays, there may be a slight backlog, but we strive to dispatch no later than 1–2 working days.
UK Orders: 1–2 working days after dispatch – Example: If you order on Monday, it might be packed and shipped Tuesday, and delivered Wednesday or Thursday. If you order on Wednesday before 3pm, you’ll most likely receive it Thursday or Friday, as we’ve usually cleared the weekend backlog by then.
International Orders: 5–20 working days after dispatch
Delays may occur during peak periods or due to circumstances outside our control (e.g., customs delays, postal strikes). We will notify you as soon as possible if there is a delay.
5. Cancellation Rights
You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of receiving your goods, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
To cancel, please email us at contactus@british-supplements.net within the 30-day window. You must return the items to us in their original, unopened condition to be eligible for a full refund.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Real Health Supplements Ltd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or data loss.
Our total liability in connection with any claim under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the product in question.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any disputes arising from or related to your use of this Website shall be governed by the laws of England, Wales, and Northern Ireland.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer residing outside of the UK, you may be entitled to bring a claim in your local courts under applicable consumer law.
