Having high LDL cholesterol in our household, I decided to try Plant Sterols with some extra walking and cut out cows cheese, nothing has worked before but our son has just had his blood results back after 4 weeks on the sterols - normal. Mine will be done in a couple of weeks but I feel confident for a positive result. I dont get too hung up about cholesterol, sugar worries me more and mine is normal. but I respect my Dr and decided to do something rather than the dreaded statins or other meds. Thank you B. I have just started using these products, Ashwagandha, Clean Biotin and Clean Collagen from BRITISH SUPPLEMENTS. A British company that I also wanted to support that produced products that were pure and devoid of any unnatural fillers. I would also like to add that they got delivered pronto with no issues at all. Plus the price is pretty good (normal-range) in comparison to other brands. Theoretically, I would also suggest that people TRY to listen to what the body sub-consciously, is trying to say (And i do not mean, when you get those niggling calls to eat chocolate) lol. You see, I get tired due to health issue, so I thought I would try Ashwagandha so far: I feel more able to to be calm without feeling tired and sensitive. I can also think more clearly, so my actions are more concise. Plus, my skin appears to feel softer. So I feel better inside and it shows outside.
Been using this company for my supplements for over a year now - I take a mix, (mag, garlic, q10, dandelion, turmeric) all based on what I believe my body needs (do your research). I have never felt better and attribute this to the high quality supplements from Chris. So I’ve been on this stack for just over a week now. My main allergy is grass pollen but I normally start on fexofenadine 120 in March and increase it to 180 or more during June. I decided not to start so early this year as I don’t feel terrific on anti histamines - it’s like a constant tightness in my head. I figured I’d wait till I got symptomatic then start fexo and isolate for a few days to give it a chance to build up and the reaction to subside. So far I’ve had very minor symptoms - odd sneeze, runny nose etc and I’ve been continuing my walks across the park. I can’t say for sure whether the supplements are helping or whether I’m having a better year.
I think I will have a better view of it in 4-6 weeks. My pollen allergy can be quite severe, as in it gets on my lungs and I suffer breathing issues. I have had success with immunotherapy in the past but the last round failed as my reactions were boardering on anaphylactic so they stopped administering the jabs.
So I have little to lose in trying this. I’m on the basic stack. I may add more (but I hate taking pills!) - will see how it goes and post another review at the end of the summer. I’m optimistic as so far everything I’ve tried from here has made an identifiable difference within relatively short space of time.
