I dont normally write reviews but it seems only fitting to write one. I ve been using clean collagen, Biotin,Silica, Berberine, vitaminD +k2 for quite some time and after hitting the menopause my hair was thin, brittle and falling out , my skin was dry and i generally felt awful, i went on a bit of a health kick and wanted to find vitamins that werent full of crap, decided to try British Suppliments and what a game changer, im a massive fan, made me feel so much better, hair is now growing longer then ever before, my dry patches on my face have gone and my bone pain has stopped, i ve now just purchased clean tumeric and Magnesium L-threonate to add to my concoction. thank you British Suppliment for a very prompt delivery i couldnt be happier and wouldnt use anything else 👍🙌

Hi Chris and crew thanks for my clean pure B12 Methylcobalamin and all my other meds Ive ordered from you recently and in the past and British supplements of course.
Is there a possibility you could make a lower strength pure B12 Methylcobalmin tablet at 1000ug ? the ones I've been taking are 1300ug, I overlooked the strength which was my error, and then later I saw and ordered the other B12 Complex strength which are a bit lower at 1080ug, it was my mistake with the 1300ug.

I know the rda is 2.4 mcg daily and for older people like myself who have anemia where my body isn't producing enough red blood cells not caused by diet is approx 1000mcg x 2 daily.
I only buy from British supplements as yours are the best quality and value for money too.

I’ve seen a marked improvement in my overall mental health, and improved focus, motivation, and energy. I’ve tried plenty of supplements in the past from different brands over the years and can honestly say I never noticed any positive changes. These I have noticed positive changes, it’s either coincidence, or they just work, and I won’t shop anywhere else now.
All I’ll say as a bit of advice is to take them with plenty of water, and take them regularly, ideally as suggested, and be patient if just starting out, it only took a month or so to see the changes (could vary for each person).

I’ve genuinely never really seen or noticed results with other supplement brands, but it’s either a complete coincidence that my skin tone (especially the face) has massively improved for the first time in my 38 years since taking these regularly for the past 2-3 months, or they actually work. Since my teens I’ve suffered with regular spots on my face, including ingrown hairs, and nothing has worked to improve it completely, but this is the nearest to perfection I’ve managed to get. Please note I have also made other changes, but a combination of them and the supplements are working wonders.
Also bought other supplements and have seen marked improvement in my focus and motivation/energy.
Follow the directions, drink plenty of water, and be patient (changes won’t happen overnight in most cases). Highly recommend, and I won’t use any other brand/company from now on

Devils claw

Wow is all I can say , all your supplements are amazing but suggested my mum
tried Devils Claw for her Rheumatoid Arthritic hands , she had stopped medication prescribed for her arthritis due to it affecting her eyesight but had got to the stage couldn’t grip anything , my mum is hugely independent and hard working but it was getting her down . Tried Devils Claw within a month her arthritis is so much better gripping more easily with no side effects .
Please try arthritis sufferers it really does work .
