Packaging is clean and nice. Tablets are great, small and easy to swallow. I have been taking B12 for years, I have noticed a massive difference with having more energy, better mood and increased focus. My husband has been taking Slippery Elm daily for a couple of months now. Prior to taking it he had been told he had diverticulosis which caused him to have abdominal pain and discomfort. Since taking one capsule daily his symptoms have almost disappeared, he rarely has pain or discomfort any more. The British Supplement Slippery Elm we have found to be of high quality, he previously took another well known brand but it had unhelpful fillers. I have also found it helpful in minimising my IBS symptoms.
Well, here it goes my personal review about Pine Bark, for the issue I had a minor thing, it did help a lot, since I feel fine I stop taking it, so its a good product
