A week or so ago I felt very depressed, de motivated, found it hard to do the littlest things and since taking these within the first 4 days my energy started to sore, I’m back to my energetic high motivational self and way less emotional. Total Cholesterol flagged up as 7.9 on a blood test which I voluntarily went for in May 2025. HDL and TG were good but LDL was high and had the most impact on the total. Ordered these supplements after doing some research and take two a day, combined with exercise and diet changes. Just had a follow blood test and in 5 months my total cholesterol is now down to 5.5 and LDL back in normal range. Highly recommend these.
I am an active male 81 years of age and suffered terrible lower leg cramps especially at night which severely disrupted my sleep. I take these before I go to bed and I definitely sleep deeper and longer, I used to wake up in the night at least once but now I am sleeping all the way through. It is quite amazing!!!
