Beetroot

I started taking these two months ago as want to try to reduce my blood pressure tablets - my diastolic has come down which I’m really happy with - going to give it a bit more time for the systolic but that one is not too bad so I’m not overly fussed - I have to say I’ve used BS for a few years now and take a few different supplements - the last order I made was on a Friday morning and I asked if by any chance the order could come quicker than usual (it’s never been slow) as I was going on holiday and would run out while away - unbelievable I received my four different supplements the very next morning so a massive thank you for that excellent service x

Chondroitin for joint pain relief

Been using Glucosamine & Chondroitin for 20 years and can tell if I’ve run out or forgotten to take them for a while as my hip joints start to ache (I’m 63 with family history of joint issues). MSM, Silica and Saw Palmetto
