Having used Regaine for women every single day for 7 years I decided I wanted to stop. As expected a lot of my hair fell out. After 6 months I started with biotin. I’m 18 months down the road. My hair has pretty much returned to Regaine days. Only a small section around my right temple isn’t retuning so well. However the biggest surprise has been that a few things that were troubling me have vanished. In the 7 years I never realised they were side effects from Regaine. Regaine definitely worked but at quite a cost and I don’t mean financial. Biotin wins hands down.
I have been taking these various supplements for some time now the MSM seems to have helped enormously with the pain in my knee due to a break.

I initially bought this and wasn't sure if it was helping with my hair problems and my nails. I have very thin hair and it was also falling out. I just thought it was because I had a major operation and was very run down and when was getting better I stopped taking them. I then again was experiencing lots of hair fall out etc again and after I while I remembered that had stopped taking the collagen and maybe it was making a difference. I restarted taking and after a month or so I really noticed an improvement again and have continued taking them.
I've been taking blueberry extract for a while now. I purchased them because I had floaters in my eyes. I am very pleased to say, all my eye floaters have now gone. you dont have to. smoke to nree this - tho i would say it could e a life saver, keeps the lungs in shape whatever.[ it wont heal infection tho[ i olwe a lot to bs for introducing this to me. thamk you
I have been using British Supplements for over two years. I started with marine collagen and then added biotin and magnesium. I sleep well , nails and hair improved and taste awareness was great. Seduced by nutritionist into trying different collagen … I found my nails and hair deteriorated becoming brittle and dry
:so back to what works - BS … without any fillers or other stuff it really does seem to help and I tell everyone about the company and its ethos as that’s important too ! We need folks to be aware of the additives in so many other brands of supplements which cause other issues .i also now add Vit D from late Sept to end of March for bone and skin health
I have been taking Zinc as a supplement for about a year now, not yours, but needed to restock and I have already noticed the difference after one week!

The capsules are small (no bulking agents and crap fillers) and very easy to swallow.

I’ve tried these Berberine Capsules and they really work. I’m on my second pack now. They have helped to even out the bumps and difficulties with digestion, after radiotherapy which meant I wasn’t very regular in bowel movements. I would highly recommend these capsules, but more than that, I would recommend this company as their ethos and working methods are superb.
