For this review, I decided to wait until I had a few months of this supplement under my belt before arranging a blood test. Because I wanted to be sure to write an honest review. So....here it is. My doctor told me the following: "Your bloods are good. In fact, your vit D is a little on the high side." I asked if that was a problem, and he said "No, not at all! I just rarely see it!". So...if that isn't a good review, I don't know what is! 😃👍
