My first purchase… 3 months supply of Clean Genuine Lions Mane, alongside Clean Biotin. I can honestly say that I can see the difference in my hair loss. I am post menopausal. I’m coming to the end of my first supply and have noticed a significant difference in the amount of hair loss, both in the shower, and on the floor. I also feel less anxious, I used to find my arms were aching, the muscles tense, and my shoulders hunched ‘up to my ears’, I don’t really feel like that any more.
The thing is, I delayed taking it for some time, worrying about if it was right for me,putting off taking it… putting it to the back of the fridge and forgetting about it ! Currently taking slippery Elm and couple others. Slippery Elm seems to work well and helps me with my digestive and gut problems.
Stomach acid issues seem to eased off significantly so happy days!
This is the strongest and best turmeric supplement that I’ve tried. I suffer with OA in my fingers and thumbs and really need pain free hands to continue working. So it is incredibly important to find a supplement that works quickly and effectively. I feel that it helps with sleep too as I take it at night and sleep deeply for doing so.
I will continue to buy this supplement.

About a year ago I was diagnosed with Macular Degeneration by my optician, I had an assessment at the eye hospital six months ago,the condition hadn't progressed so I have another assessment in two weeks time.
In the meantime, about a month ago I started taking NMN , and I would say the condition has 99% gone, amazing.
It will be interesting to see what the consultant has to say about this supposedly incurable condition.
I've started using this supplement on tired mornings are when feeling fatigue through out the day from gym and work and it's unreal the feel good energy and extra focus I get of it is 10/10 will be ordering again soon.
Early days as I have only recently started to take the capsules to hopefully strengthen my very fine hair. Only problem I have is swallowing these capsules which are coated in a gelatin, I feel like they are lodged in my tummy for a while. Maybe the coating doesn't agree with me. I'm going to persevere and maybe try the powder next order.
