I ordered Boswellia to help with pain in both my hips & knees which are arthritis related, I read a article that Turmeric & Boswellia work well together for arthritic pain, as I already take Turmeric I then ordered the Boswellia, after about 2 wks my knees where feeling easier & my hips start to ease off by end of 3rd wk, the pain in my hips disappeared completely & my left knee is pain free but my right knee is a bit niggley but nothing to moan about, I'm so relieved it's made a huge difference to my everyday life to be almost pain free.
