I was told that this product would help with sleeping and it absolutely does , I love these products because you can trust that they are pure , also from ordering to delivery is super quick , love the new pouch packaging too . If you haven’t tried BS before give them a go you won’t be disappointed

I have been using supplements for years for my poor sleep and I was looking for a clean product with no artificial additives or junk and came across this brand. I’ve previously spent a fortune on Amazon buying brand after brand with no real results. I noticed a difference in the first night of taking these supplements and I cannot sleep without them. The quality of my sleep has improved DRAMATICALLY and the only thing different in my routine is these capsules- I swear by them now. Thank you so much for producing such a great product.

Will absolutely buy again. I struggle to go to bed and now taking this 30-1hr before bedtime and I am happily going to bed, instead of forcing myself to when it’s way past bedtime. Im then going to bed and having a full unbroken nights sleep - I hadn’t realised i was waking constantly through the night.
Im taking vit b, d and zinc in the morning, the combination of all of them is eradicating the usual debilitating PMDD rage/mood swings I experience.

I originally started taking British Supplements Magnesium Glycinate after it was recommended by my menopause nurse (She is menopause nurse of the year, two years running and well respected in her field) to help with discomfort and improve my sleep. I’ve now been taking it for around three months, and honestly, I don’t think I’ve slept this well in a very long time.

For the first time in ages, I’m consistently getting four to five hours of solid, uninterrupted sleep every night, which has made such a difference to how I feel overall. It’s been amazing.

Following the success of the magnesium, I also started taking their iron supplement, as I’ve always tended to suffer with low iron levels. Usually, I end up needing to go back to the doctors once my levels drop too low, so I thought I’d try supplementing consistently for a few months instead. I’ve been really impressed — no gastric discomfort at all, which is something I’ve struggled with from iron supplements in the past.

More recently, I’ve started taking the Marine Collagen and I’m about four weeks in. My nails already seem stronger and healthier, so I’m excited to see the longer-term results. Watch this space — I’ll probably be back with another review in a few months!

Overall, I’m incredibly impressed with British Supplements. It’s great to support a British company, delivery has been consistently fast (surprisingly fast, actually), and everything I’ve ordered so far has been excellent quality with no issues whatsoever.

I was looking for a clean, no extra filler or chemical containing magnesium supplement to help me sleep and I came across this brand randomly. I’ve never had a supplement work so fast and so well; I’ve struggled with sleep for over 25 years and have tried LOTS of magnesium products all claiming to be high yield and top quality but having done a deeper dive into the ingredients, I shockingly discovered that they didn’t contain nearly half as what I had thought of the active. I took a risk with this brand not knowing the quality or efficacy and I will not be using ANY other brand going forward. Yes they are more ££ then Amazon products but You pay for quality; you pay for efficacy and you pay for results. Super happy and thank you!
