I regularly recommend British supplements to friends and family as they are the purest supplements and best quality I have come across. Free of fillers such as magnesium stearate, carrageenan, etc. I buy these supplements because they are pure and they are effective.
I take a few supplements of this brand and especially like their Vitamin D3 because it's the only brand I know of that sells high dose. Most brands only do 2000mcg or 4000 mcg at the highest which is rubbish! so you have to take more to get the required intake. This means you have to spend more to buy more. However wonderful British Supplements offer 5000 or 10,000 mcg So you get a proper dose AND it comes with K2 already added so it's a money saver.

I have been using Ashwaganda for about 1 month and definitely noticed a better sleep. I used to fall asleep ok but woke up in the middle of the night and struggled to fall back. So far so good.

D + K after a month have found my colon has settled very well. Am impressed with the quality and efficacy of this product thank you.

My first purchase… 3 months supply of Clean Genuine Lions Mane, alongside Clean Biotin. I can honestly say that I can see the difference in my hair loss. I am post menopausal. I’m coming to the end of my first supply and have noticed a significant difference in the amount of hair loss, both in the shower, and on the floor. I also feel less anxious, I used to find my arms were aching, the muscles tense, and my shoulders hunched ‘up to my ears’, I don’t really feel like that any more.
The thing is, I delayed taking it for some time, worrying about if it was right for me,putting off taking it… putting it to the back of the fridge and forgetting about it !
