Honestly, there have been a few that have disagreed with me but I found that introducing them again at a later date worked (especially if you a re new to supplements like I was). Sometimes perseverance is key.

I have been taking marine collagen for over 3 months easily now. Purchased to help with arthritis in my shoulder (I'm waiting for hospital to sort out an injection). It has definitely helped reduce the pain and I'm staying on it!

I’ve been using vitamin D&K about 3 month. I am very invested in my health and always feel pretty good, and I’d heard so much about British supplements I needed to give it a go.
