I love love love this supplement, Have been taking them for quite a few months now, started taking them to help with the detox of my liver, Have chronic Lyme disease which has affected my liver greatly, Have just added Milk thistle to the stack so hoping for more improvement,,

Feeling clearer, more energy

Brought this for my partner who has floaters in his eyes and decided to take some too for their antioxidant benefits. I am only10 days in, but definitely feeling more alert, less likely to crave a nap after lunch and have noticeably better mental focus. Really tiny capsules, so would also be fine for someone who struggles to swallow larger tablets.

Strangely delicious

I've been taking these for a few months now, largely for the antioxidants, plus the fact that they're meant to be very good for eye health and boosting collagen.
But I have also have a guilty secret about this supplement.
I've always loved the scent of the capsules (the bag smells like jam) and, a few weeks' ago, I decided to eat one.
And they're really delicious!
They're probably not to everyone's taste because they have quite a powerful kick from the uptake blend they're mixed with but I'm pretty well addicted to them now; I've just bought another three months' supply.
It's actually hard to ration myself to just one a day.
Further, I can honestly say that, as well as being delicious, I've noticed a positive difference in my eyes since I started taking ginkgo biloba, plus the blueberry extract supplements.
My eyes are definitely brighter and look much healthier than before, which I'm really pleased about.
Plus, I'm slightly shortsighted and I don't know if it's a placebo effect thing but my eyesight seems to have improved a little, too.
So I'd definitely recommend these, if only because they're really tasty!
And I can confirm there's only good things in these capsules because they taste like concentrated blueberries. With a kick.
