Purely Excellent

I like what these guys stand for, and I like the purity of their supplements. I bought Feverfew. It is generally recommended to take about 400mg, but because of British Supplements' purity, I could only take 1 capsule, which is 211mg, so actually I am saving myself money. The supplement itself is very good, and I found my migraines have reduced considerably within a week, and I get severe migraines too. My energy levels are better, and my sleep is too. I will continue to take one every day. I am so grateful for this company. TY

good for migraines

It's quite difficult to tell which supplement is having a direct effect but I take this together with lots of B vitamins, especially B2 (400mg) and B3, Q10, HTP, turmeric and Mg Threonate, as well as Willow bark which unfortunately I source elsewhere (product recommendation?!). My migraines have improved dramatically and I have way fewer episodes of needing medication.

Headaches much improved!

For 2 years I had been getting a few headaches every week, nothing helped. I started taking Feverfew, as well as Mega Magnesium, a few months ago, and the headaches are more or less gone. I am also sleeping better than I was before. I’m not sure which pill is having which effect, but taking them together is really working, so I am going to continue.

I have just requested a regular supply of Feverfew. I had a terrible pain in my jaw going around to the back of my head. Doctor had me on strong pills, they also gave me diarrhoea.
Tried feverfew and gradually I felt better and not troubled by neurological stress or sensitivity.

Does what is says on the packet

Have been taking feverfew for over 2/3 months now and where as I was getting headaches quite frequently and sometimes lasting all day, I’ve maybe had one or two over the last few weeks. I’m definitely going to continue. Thank you Chris I read all of you comments on every supplement.
