i bought both these supplements for my daughter who has been suffering for years with anxiety and panic attacks. in the last few months they have been unbearable and distressing for her almost daily. I wasn't expecting miracles and i thought it would take a few weeks to see improvements if any really because she was so bad. she has been taking the rhodiola and lions mane for just over two weeks. she has had only one slight attack . I spoke to her tonight and she said how great it is to feel normal. I struggle to put into words how happy and amazed i am at the power of these supplements to completely change her life for the better.
For me this product is amazing & it really works, cannot believe how my sleep has improved, yes I still wake up but now go straight back to sleep. I have been taking Magnesium L Threonate for about 6 weeks & find it really really helps with my osteoarthritis, joint & back pain, I cannot recommend it enough give it a try. I have also started taking Vitamin C but it is too early to do a review & I am waiting to start my collagen supplement both by British Supplements, I have every confidence they will be just as good & do everything they say & more.

I just received my second order of plant sterols after the 1st three month supply. I have been taking British Supplements products since November 2022 and can say that they are the best.
