What is it ? One of the many roles of vitamin D is to support *censored* health. What exactly is in the Veg Capsules ? Each capsule has 5,700IU Vitamin D3, 115mcg Vitamin K2 and 251mg of MSM. No nasty extras needed to make these little beauties or any of our products. We added MSM because vitamin doses are tiny and we need to add something to them to fill the capsules. MSM is a natural compound look it up. There are even books written about what it can help with.

I have taken magnesium for many years as I suffer from restless legs. Visiting my family in the UK came across BS. Was very impressed with what I read so thought I’d try a couple. Started with The magnesium it’s very good, I take 2 tablets at night, no problem with my restless legs. I’ve also started taking Lions Mane, I find this gives me an inner calm and also interested in the other benefits written about this product. Time will tell, but definitely notice the calmness, sleep better with these 2 products as well.

Last year I caught what they’re now calling the “100 day cough”. My Dr gave me antibiotics… lots of them because it didn’t really help. Long story cut short … I saw British Supplements and thought I’ll give them a try. Also tested positive for Histamine Intolerance. Awful thing to have !! I take quercetin, nac, natural vitamin c (acerola cherry) and ashwagandha. Have been taking them for a few months now and feeling better. Still negotiating what I can and can’t eat with the histamine intolerance but that is an on going thing. Hopefully will work it out in the end !! Thank you all so much. Twice daily I have garlic capsules, magnesium capsules and potassium tablets to maintain my blood pressure in the normal range. This was my decision after my doctor took me off my blood pressure medication as my blood pressure does tend to stray into unsafe levels. The benefits of garlic and magnesium for the maintenance of normal blood pressure are well documented but I added potassium to get my sodium/potassium balance at an optimum level as levels of sodium tend to be too high due to modern diets. It should be emphasised that sodium levels can be too low. A healthy body requires sufficient sodium to function in a healthy manner. You just need to make sure you’re getting enough potassium which a lot of people are deficient in.
