I'm 78 and GP said I was iron depleted and anemic. spent 3 months on their prescription for no real result so GP said try another 3 months. I’ve been taking British supplements vit D+k2 for two months now and I must say how impressed I am with this product. I have much more energy now, improvement in my overall health. As I suffer from Rheumatoid Arthritis I decided to try the Turmeric.i had taken this before but not from yourself but I was so impressed with the Vitamin D+k2 I decided to try the Turmeric with British supplements and my inflammatory markers have reduced by half and my joints are less painful and stiff . I started taking marine collagen a few years ago but it wasn't until I switched to British Supplements and ordered their clean marine collagen that I began to see a difference in the strength of my fingernails and my hair. It also helps with my joints, relieving some of the pain and stiffness due to osteo arthitis and scoliosis of the spine.
I had a short break from taking it and noticed the difference so have just started a new course of it.

I was told I had high blood pressure and that I could have pills or try making certain changes to my diet and exercise. I discovered beetroot is great for helping with blood pressure. I stopped salting my food and started taking the beetroot supplement and have already seen a big difference to the readings on the blood pressure test. I'm really impressed! The top figure has dropped from 184 to 153 in 3 weeks. This is a winner for me!
Great product which I use to accompany a couple of others from BS for my arthritis.
Many companies offer turmeric, but with BS you receive clean product with no nasties, which is so important. BS clean turmeric is accompanied with black pepper & ginger, as without these two ingredients the turmeric can not be assimilated into the body. Excellent stuff.
I have used magnesium glycinate from British Supplements for a couple of years now. It is one of my ‘must have’ supplements. Excellent for promoting great sleep, and if I should wake during the night I am straight back to sleep. Excellent quality - wouldn’t go anywhere else 😊
Tried the Butterbur hoping it would calm down my grass pollen allergy but I came out in hives so not for me. However, been taking blueberry, Vit A & Zinc for a few months now and my Dry eyes are now better after 12 months of over the counter eye drops doing nothing. Always happy to recommend British Supplements and wouldn’t buy anywhere else.
