Excellent product, chose it as it contained the right forms of Zinc especially Zn picolinate. Can definitely say I can feel the postive effects it has on testosterone -I’m not using anything else other vit D and other vits.

I have tried other brands, like the high dose powder one thats all over fb but it made me very bloated, tired and uncomfortable this one is easy to digest I open the capsules into my tea , I have been taking them for about 3 months now and can see new hair growth and better skin.

The plant sterols supplements have definitely lowered my BP readings. My readings were eg 148/86 but now regularly down to eg 112/75. I would recommend to try these before considering statins.
