So I have long COVID, and an accompanying add on side effects of histamine intolerance, brought on by a COVID infection two and a half years ago!! ( Yes, years!). Histamine intolerance means food has become my poison. I get flare up hive like rashes... Red skin , total body covering rash, but worse is the all consuming itch, whole body on fire, heart rate up, B.P up and headaches. I am on a histamine intolerance diet, huge list of foods I can no longer eat... No citrus foods, As they contain high histamine levels, no whole flours, ... Anyway vitamin B intake markedly reduced...I take the Vitamin supplement everyday. Mouth ulcers gone, skin improves. Less worried, co ordination improved. I say that's a win! Thank you for such a good product. It is supporting me, at a time when my diet cannot float my wish for good health. Nice to feel also no nasty additives to burden my already beleaguered body, as it tries to heal this awful condition. Nutritional support as it was always meant to be.
Been using this company for a few months now. Excellent products which certainly seem to work.. my immune system is holding up well and I believe it’s mainly due to the products I’m using .. vitamin C.. zinc and vitamin D. Our food is so toxic now we have to be so aware of what we’re eating .. food suppliers can’t be trusted I’m afraid . I tried the saw palmetto having suffered BPH symptoms such as bladder pain, getting up in the night and urgency. Within a couple of days this stuff really made a difference to the extent that I have stopped having to get up in the night and lost the discomfort. Given that I’ve had symptoms for a few months now to varying degrees, I can’t put the relief I’ve had to any other reason except that this supplement is working for me.
