Amazing Amazing Amazing!

These Plant Sterols are totally amazing.. Back in Nov 2022, my cholesterol was 7.4, Dr was insistent on placing me on statins. I said no, I will bring it down myself. I then ordered these Plant Sterols and have been taking them for two months, not as consistently as I should. Latest blood my cholesterol had dropped to 6.1. I'm sure it would have dropped even more if I remembered to take these every day! It dropped and I was still eating fats, cheese, peanut butter, and cakes.. lol.. You name it I ate it. I won't stop taking these.

It's not a drastic drop, but it's dropped and heading in the right direction.

Thank you for these supplements, clean and have no fillers, what more could I ask for.

My cholesterol has been a steady border line high for about 10 years, even though I cut down on all the usual suspects (although I never did eat fatty food, have never been overweight, don't smoke and don't drink much and exercise every day. Boring, aren't I!). Started on your Plant Sterols and the last time I had my cholesterol checked, I'd dropped 5 points. No longer high reading! Man, I love your products.

My GP took me off statins as they were having side effects so I tried a combination of plant sterols and diet changes to keep my genetically high cholesterol in check. So far so good as my 9.2 is already down to 7.5…yes, it’s still high but it’s early days and the reading is going in the right direction.

Very pleased

Rather than accept the medication that the Dr prescribed for cholesterol I opted to trial BS plant sterols. Three months on after another test, cholesterol at 3.5, no action required. Another bonus is my Dr now accepting that herbal can be better than pharma. I certainly recommend plant sterols.

The journey so far

Am taking a regime of things as advised by a homeopath. So I cannot be sure what thing is working for what ailment. I do know that some personal ailments are
Improving (prefer not to be to descriptive). From BS I have Been taking vit D + K2. Levels checked and they are ok. Plants sterols. Will know more when I am retested for really high cholesterol and triglycerides. Magnesium- not sure what for exactly as part of homeopathy prescription. I noticed less aching hand joints. When I had a few days off. Symptoms returned. I am trying to keep a log of symptoms as sometimes you think things are not working until you stop them. I
Chose British supplements after a google of suppliers that do not use all that rubbish to fill out pills. I am not on Facebook but could see the discussions. I could also see the not good reviews elsewhere. I personally have had no issue in ordering, delivery and no side effect (to help with taking the supplements I took have the dose for a week then upped it). My only downside is so far, is they do not supply some other items I needed, so had to buy from company that use caking agents and other rubbish. I have recommended to others. Thank you

Funny, that. Nobody ever felt a thing off them, so there's nothing worth censoring, so the sellers carry on untouched it seems.
