I've been taking Vit D2+K2 for almost a year now and hardly ever get ill.
I then read about ashwaganda, and at first I started taking it before bed before a friend recommend I take it in the morning, and it's the best thing I've done, along with the lions mane I feel at ease yet supper focused and get everything I need to done.
