This is a reply to Keith who left a rather unpleasant comment in spite of giving 5 stars. It’s strange isn’t it how just lately all the conspiracy theories have been coming true. Obviously I can’t prove that I’m a real person but can you prove that you have actually tried any of these products Keith? For all anyone knows you might be part of the conspiracy to undermine this company who have helped a lot of people including me. Can you please tell me which healthy foods will cure IBS or arthritis? If people wish to take supplements for health it’s their personal decision and if the supplements don’t work then they will stop buying them.
I took a 2 week break from the collagen and within a few days my scalp psoriasis flared up. Came back on to the collagen and the scalp itching has almost stopped and the psoriasis flare up has calmed down a lot. Needless to say, the rate at which my nails and hair is growing is just phenomenal - I am constantly having to re-tint my roots and cut my nails every 2 weeks.

I’ve taken vitamin D3 for many years now and see the difference it makes to my immune system never getting a cold through the winter period. When a colleague asks me at work what he should take I suggest the vitamin D3 + vitamin C. I also told him to take magnesium as everyone should be on that as we are all deficient in it and no doctor will ever tell you to take it.
