I think it works

I used these for 3 months, I’d take them every day, regardless whether I was doing exercise or not, then I stopped for a few months, now I’ve started taking them again because I really think they do help with muscle and muscle loss. I’m 65 so will carry on taking them and see what happens.

Essential supplement

I always trust BS with my supplements, and order their pure and high dosage milk thistle regularly. It helps to cleanse the liver so I take it most days but particularly if I know I'm going to be having any alcohol. Definitely helps to take both before and after when I know there's a chance I will overindulge!

My husband and I have been taking this daily for nearly 3 years. We are both really well. I’ve had less colds, coughs etc than ever. I’ve had no jabs of any description and I’m 70 years old. My husband has in the past developed nasty chest infections but since taking these tablets, it’s always knocked on the head before it can take hold. I double up if I sense a sore throat or cold and it then doesn’t happen.
