Just placed a second 3 month order for Hyaluronic. Take this along with Collagen, Silica and biotin plus vitamin C which helps augment collagen. Nails skin and hair were really good before adding the Hyaluronic, now skin, hair and nails are amazing. I’ve also noticed recently that 2 very annoying age spots have almost disappeared.
