I have now been taking B12 for at least five months and as a vegetarian I wouldn’t be without it. During that time I have also been recovering from depression with a good dose of anxiety. Avoiding the chemical antidepressants, B12 has helped me on the way to recovering my energy, along Vit.C, D & K. I take quite a few of other supplements now but the filler-free B12 is definitely my staple. With BS I can be confident I am getting the best to look after my health. Been taking Vit D/K, B12 and NAC noticed more energy and noticed I was generally calmer after 2 weeks (October) and no more congestion, have recommended to family too. Adding a night stack; Magnesium L-theronate, Zinc and C for sleep and improved collagen. This was after using Sensitivitycheck.com to see if I had any food intolerances and vitamin deficiencies to use as a starting point. Never felt so good over the winter months and have kept up a good routine of high intensity exercise pretty much daily due to the supplements. Also keep some Lungwort to hand and my husband had some after some congestion remained since Covid in December and he noticed it cleared up after a week of taking it. "Take time for your health or you'll be forced to take time for your illness" - --- good work BS happy customer.

Great stuff

I bought these for my dad as the B12 injections he gets from his nurse don't seem to work. He had also been taking B12 supplements bought from a high street chain (the amount of fillers and other crap was shocking) which had no effect. So i got him B12 from BS (not filled with crap). After a week of taking he is not feeling as fatigued as usual or falling asleep as often during the day. Always quality from Chris and his team

Blessed the day we found Chris, I was taking vitamins way before my husband but after seeing the benefits, more energy etc hes now joined in taking them. Funny, that. Nobody ever felt a thing off them, so there's nothing worth censoring, so the sellers carry on untouched it seems.

Is your B12 Methylcobalamin or cyanocobalamin ? this is very important to know because one contains a cyanide molecule.

One is less effective and you don't absorb as much of it.

Cyanocobalamin is converted into methylcobalamin so why not skip that part and take Methylcobalamin instead ? makes since right ?

Well most brands don't know that much about vitamins and minerals they are just interested in making boat loads of cash.

Look at Boots product for an example. You could barely see 10ug of vitamin B12 with your eyes that is how small it is.
