ALA - Chronic nerve pain Gone

I have suffered with chronic nerve pain for years due to tumours on nerve endings. I stopped taking the standard pain meds ie anti epilepsy, anti depressants. The dose of those had to be upped and upped which meant I was like a zombie and when they wore off the pain was worse. After the first Ala from BS the pain was significantly reduced. After 3 days it went completely and even though ive missed a few days taking them due to no pain to remind me to take them, it has not come back.
I'd read about ALA for nerve pain but was put off trying them because my consultant didn't comment on their efficacy. He instead prescribed the big pharma poison. Maybe he was on a commission for a set of golf clubs.
