My calcium levels are low my rheumarologist wanted to know if id been prescribed anything to help my bone density so i decided to try your calcium rather than prescribed meds as they made me sick. Ive no side effects at all and will hopefully hp my bone density. Do tor asked who i was getting my suppliments from and was pleased when i said iwould get from yourselves.

I have never liked taking medication, let alone supplements, but as my body is aging I have decided that I need some extra support. A friend shared the 'British Supplements' website with me and so I started reading through the reviews that were available, to see what I needed. I had recently had a bone density test and it showed there was some osteopenia. So I knew that Calcium and Collagen along with exercise would support my bones. I read a woman's review sharing a very similar situation to me, so on her recommendation I added Vitamin D3+K2 to work with the Calcium. As I can sometimes become overwhelmed with life I decided to add Lions Mane too. I have eaten Lions Mane before and used to regularly buy the mushroom itself, as I believe it's important to look at our food (not everything can be called 'food' nowadays) for health also.

I have noticed a big change in the condition and strength of my hair and nails. People have also been telling me "You look well." I think this is because my skin isn't as dry as it previously was. It's difficult to say what changes there are internally, but I do feel calmer overall. I will continue with the supplements for the foreseeable future as I do believe they are benefiting my physical body. I try and eat a varied diet but sometimes I don’t feel I get enough calcium and for the days I don’t I take a supplement as I am of a certain age where my bones need help. The same with other supplements I take from here. Vit. D2 K3, Vit. C I take every day along with Garlic which is truly amazing for blood pressure. I stagger my purchases as it stops me having to pay out a lot of money at the same time. I am taking around 12 different supplements and work them around my diet. Please give them a try, I’m so pleased that I did.
