I have been taking Clean Genuine Folate for around 5 months. I started it to help with excessive hair shedding. I added to the Zinc, Biotin , iron and the clean natural vit c that i was already taking from British Supplements. I absolutely recommend any of the Supplements as they are all excellent quality. All these
taken together have been life changing for me as my hair was excessively shedding on and off for over 35 yrs. And now it has stopped.
I also eat a good clean diet and have a b12 injection monthly. I only buy from this company now and have recommended them to lots of friends and family.

GREAT PRODUCTS, FAST DELIVERY

Have just purchased B12 and Folate, having read so much lately regarding B12 deficiency and the many undiagnosed problems it can cause. My blood result came back “within normal range” but it was just 2 points above the lowest marker. So checked my previous B12 blood check from a couple of years ago and it was the same - maybe my B12 being so low is causing me to feel mentally and physically exhausted all the time. So self and partner are taking these daily and a few other BS vits. Hopefully B12 will help - will leave an update in future with progress.
