Joint pain reduction

Been taking this for a month and I have virtually been able to stop Naproxen. I need a hip replacement however I’m young and trying to leave it as long as possible. Osteoarthritis is in my other joints too and even though I keep my weight low and exercise I was struggling with pain especially first thing but that has eased up a lot. I have just ordered more. I also take dandelion and rhodiola rosea . The dandelion is excellent for bloat and fluid retention and the rhodiola has completely changed me mentally, I am less anxious and menopausal brain fog lifted.

Tumeric-Great product

This is my second batch of Tumeric purchased from British supplements.I experience pain in my knees, my left one is the worst one after surgery last year and I also occasionally experience pain in my feet which is so far undiagnosed but most likely a form of tendinitis.The Tumeric capsules make a huge difference for me and the pain appears to have gone.I decided to experiment and take a one month break from the capsules and the pain returned within a few days.Once I started to take the capsules the aches and pains disappeared again really quickly. They definately work and I highly recommend them.

Works for me - can't quite believe it!

Having tried so many different treatments for my painful and debilitating arthritic knees and having "false dawns" which I believed were working but was only wishful thinking, I started on your Turmeric and Boswellia supplements without much optimism. I am so pleased that my pessimism was misplaced.
Although I know I will never be totally pain free, simple things like rising from a chair without using my hands for support, and stepping down from inside our home to the path outside likewise, are now possible. This is after 4 weeks so I would say to anyone else pessimistic like I was to try both supplements but give it time. I am improving bit by bit! It works for me!

Truly incredible results!

I’ve been taking British Supplements for a few months and the results are incredible!
I was born with a physical disability and have chronic pain, also mentally I have OCD, depression and anxiety.
For years I have been taking Tramadol for pain and 60mg of Fluoxetine for my head..

I’ve finally managed to come off Tramadol and now I’m conquering the anti depressants.. I’m down to 20mg of Fluoxetine and feel surprisingly ok.. It’s been an incredible journey and I’m very thankful to be in charge of my health once more. For years I’ve being medicated up to my eyeballs but now I’m waking up.. and it feels magnificent!

When I stop Fluoxetine completely I will add 5HTP to the mix. Also will add Boswellia for pain.

Turmeric has reduced blood pressure

I started to take Turmeric in for its possible anti inflammatory benefits for an acute Achilles tendinitis. I was then interested to see Chris’ email with the link to this paper (Curcumin: A Review of Its’ Effects on Human Health, S Hewlings and D Kalman) which suggested there might be benefits to wide range of metabolic functions including blood pressure, cholesterol & triglycerides. I had a blood screen earlier in the year with a raised cholesterol of 6.6 and a week’s twice daily blood pressure giving a mean of 133 (range of 122-148) so was interested in any changes.
After 3 weeks on Turmeric I repeated my blood pressure and the mean was now 123 (range 103-140). I added Boswellia as another anti inflammatory (also said to benefit cholesterol, tryglyceride, BP etc) and repeated the BP after a further 3 weeks and this was unchanged - mean 121 (range 104-140). I arranged a full cholesterol, cholesterol:LDL ratio, and triglyceride screen at both baseline and after 8 weeks. None of the indices have changed at all on Turmeric + Boswellia.
(I added collagen & chondroitin for the tendon after a couple of weeks. Tendinitis is an unpredictable thing but it’s settled after 5 weeks on Turmeric. Who knows!
