Wowser for sleep!

I have only been taking this for a week as I have insomnia (along with other issues) and have ordered a rather large stack for myself to help with those. The insomnia isn't helped by anxiety, depression, perimenopause, needing to get up at night to wee, and fibromyalgia, so I feel like I'm a bit of a challenge to any medication to help me sleep, and the normal medication route has failed... again.

I have taken magnesium supplements from other places before (especially cheap and cheerful) which haven't done anything. I know, not surprising! But these really are the real thing.
In less than a week, these are helping me sleep!

Getting into bed and getting off to sleep is still difficult for me (part insomnia, part mental health, part only taken it for five days) but when I'm there? Best sleep I've had in years.

I've just woken up from a straight 10 hours sleep, which has been the best yet, and my mind is a lot clearer, which the Lion's Mane 40% may be helping with 😉.

As I say, I have a rather large stack, and will report back in due course as to how the rest is going, but I had to spread the good news!

Are these more money than from Home Bargains/B&M, Holland & Barrett, various supermarkets? Yes, but these actually work, and you will finish the pouch, rather than have a bunch of opened bottles that you don't finish because they don't do anything. Instead of throwing money down the drain, buy these, because they actually help you as you need them to!

I’m always told i look 10 years younger than my 63 years. I used to suffer really badly from tics and twitching, mainly around the face. Some years ago, I was prescribed Haloperidol by the doctor to alleviate this situation and it worked very well. My ailments were gone within a few weeks. The problem was , I really don't like taking pharmaceuticals as the process involves ingesting chemicals, which I am fundamentally against as they can cause side effects. I struggled with menopause sleep waking up every 2 hours thought I would try magnesium as I was told at my age it’s something I should take, absolutely brilliant it took me a lot of research to realise some supplements are not what they seem so I tried British supplements, so glad I did my sleep is now back to normal I don’t wake in the night and I know the supplements I’m taking have nothing nasty in them . I’ve bought a few other supplements over the past 12 months they all work , I’ve recommended British supplements to everyone.

This is a brilliant supplement! Definitely notice an increase in focus and alertness. Well worth the money. Don’t take before bed - the only time I did (because I’d forgotten to take it during the day), I was awake all night and completely awake as well.

Boswella helps me. I wish I’d listened to my daughter sooner.

I’ve suffered with chronic pain in my leg and ankle for many years and taken prescribed pain relief for ever. 2 years ago I started suffering severe pain in my knees which was diagnosed as osteoarthritis and more pain relief prescribed. Before taking Boswella my knees were painful 24/7 I Struggled with stairs and getting in and out of cars and I was taking painkillers every 4-6 hours besides applying gels. Now they only “complain” after I’ve been on a walk. I feel confident using stairs etc and I’m not waking through the night. I would not hesitate to recommend Boswella to anyone suffering joint pain.
