Magnesium L Threonate - Lions Mane - Ashwaganda

I have been taking Magnesium L - Threonate for nearly a month now alongside Lions Mane in the morning and Ashwaganda In the evening. I struggled with lack of focus but I feel a difference already! I actually get through my to - do list and have been able to stick in a daily routine, which is something I have struggled with since a child and I am a lot more productive as of recent. I feel a lot more relaxed at night time / have less anxious thoughts before bed which I assume is from taking the Ashwaganda before bed. I’m only nearly a month in so maybe need to take it for longer to feel the full benefits but I am definitely happy with the results so far. Magnesium L-Threonate

Have been taking Turmeric/Vit D and B12 for a while now. I have osteoarthritis in back/hips/knees and I do feel it all helps the pain. Decided to add magnesium as one of Chris’s recommendations for general health stacks. I do believe all these supplements are better than elsewhere as I for one do not want to take tablets with added “nasties”.

This is my second order of this product, I find that it helps me with my nightine leg cramps. I find when I'm not taking it that I am tossing about and can't seem to get my legs to relax to let me sleep. I have ave purchased other supplements from Chris and I really know the difference when I don't take them.

Must have Magnesium

I take Magnesium L- Threonate daily before bed. It is a staple and relaxes me enough to drop off to sleep as well as the many other functions it provides. I also take D3 and K2 and turmeric, Natural Vitamin C and Gingko biloba daily to support my flagging energy levels. These are great supplements which I have recommended to numerous people.

Improves quality of sleep

Magnesium has been part of my sleep stack for several months now. Three weeks ago I ran out (share with my son) and although the 5htp with Ashwagandha were great, I noticed that deep relaxation feeling on waking was missing. Well, it’s back now! I take it before sleep, drift off fairly quickly and wake up truly relaxed, no anxiety or feeling of tiredness. This completes my sleep stack well. It also helped with frequent leg cramps.
The order took a bit longer than normal, guessing after Christmas backlog, but all is well again as I get around 7 to 8 hours max. restful sleep as opposed to the original 4 hours max. months ago.. Bliss!
Thoroughly recommend BS to anyone, try it, you will only benefit :-)
