We’re under constant pressure from UK authorities: the Food Standards Agency (FSA), the MHRA, and even our local Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon Borough Council, all of them trying to dictate what the public can and can’t say.

They attack your freedom of speech when it comes to leaving reviews on our website in what’s supposed to be the United Kingdom, not the United Kingdom of North Korea.

Funny, isn’t it?

They never ask us to remove negative reviews when someone says a herb did nothing for them.

It’s only the positive ones that cause a problem, the ones where people say they actually felt better.

If the authorities truly cared about public health, they’d start with what’s right in front of everyone: the everyday foods quietly linked to disease.

Instead, they spend their time policing language, trying to censoring opinions and putting people in jail for hurty words.

Walk into any supermarket and take a look around.

99% of what’s on those shelves is ultra-processed, bright packaging hiding chemicals, fillers, and preservatives your body was never built to handle.

Even the fruit and veg aren’t what they seem.

Most have been sprayed (even the Organic versions) two, three, four, five times or more so they stay shiny, look perfect, and last longer under the fluorescent lights. You buy with your eyes and they know that.

Do you see the pattern?

It’s not about your health.

It’s about money.

It always has been, because once they have the money, they buy the control through the politicians

Are they fixing the toxic tap water throughout the UK?

Are they clamping down on the toxic chemicals in 99% of supermarket foods?

Why does bread have 10, 11, 12+ ingredients in it? Is that normal?

What nutrition is in bread? What does it turn into when consumed?

Why are we not taught to eat for nutrition? to fuel our cells so we can thrive and think more clearly!

Amino acids, electrolytes, peptides? Haven’t a clue. Pie and mash? Yes please…

The food pyramid wasn’t built to help you thrive; it was built to make people wealthy.

The foundation of “healthy eating” turned out to be the foundation of profit.

And the worst part? We know this now, and still, nothing changes.

It is easier to start a business selling cakes with as many chemicals in them as you want than it is to start a natural health business that actually helps people.

You will not get attacked by the above for slowly killing people with death cakes, but you will for helping people in the UK as you are going against the system.

Lots of money in sickness, controlled and confused with depression and all sorts of brain disorders.

Programmed into a system to eat the stuff they want you to eat, so you get sick as early as possible so you eat their pills as soon as possible.

Once you start one of their pills you will soon be on a bag of them due to the major side effects you are stacking.

Create a problem via diet, fix it with a lab-made pill that has major side effects that creates another problem most of the time.

Fix that problem with another pill and so on and so on, that’s the one-way health system in the UK.

Processed meats like bacon, ham, sausages etc have been officially classed by the World Health Organization as Group 1 carcinogens, meaning the evidence of a cancer link is solid.

Then there’s the rise of ultra-processed foods: the ready meals, fizzy drinks, and bright-boxed cereals that fill most trolleys.

According to the BMJ, people who eat more of these have far higher risks of obesity, heart disease, diabetes, depression and even cancer.

But that’s somehow fine, it wouldn't take a rocket scientist to figure what's going on here, would it ?

Sugary drinks: obesity, fatty-liver disease, and metabolic syndrome.

Refined carbs like white bread and pastries, proven to spike insulin and feed diabetes as it just turns to sugar after you eat it.

Seed oils such as soy, corn, and sunflower, flooding diets with omega-6 fats that drive chronic inflammation.

And still silence. Nothing changes.

Meanwhile, tap water flows with residues of chemicals and pharmaceuticals no one talks about.

Sports drinks glow in bright blues and oranges thanks to a cocktail of E-numbers that exist only to trick the eye, not to feed the body.

Yet the same agencies that claim to care about public health are the ones who say:

Funny, every other website does this.

They don’t want you, the public, to know anything about herbs or genuine supplements, because their paymasters in Big Pharma and Big Food don’t want that.

They don’t want to promote fasting, because fasting makes no one money.

You have a healing system built inside of you, yet almost no one knows about it. But every knows you must eat 3 times a day + snacks.

Why?

Because there’s no profit in people healing themselves.

That’s modern “health policy”: ignore what poisons people, regulate/stop or make it as hard as possible for people to have a choice other than Pharma.

And that’s what this is really about, control.

Control of what you eat, what you read, what you say, and even what you’re allowed to believe.

Truth isn’t dangerous because it’s wrong.

It’s dangerous because it’s real.

Truth isn’t the problem.

The problem is, it wakes people up.

And that’s what they fear most.
