Over the last few months I have been experiencing pain and swelling in my fingers. Although not officially diagnosed as arthritis I am assuming that is the cause as I am now 71 years old.
I have been using Arthrogel for a couple of months which did seem to help a little.
Coming up to four weeks ago I started taking your Skullcap capsules and the seemed to make a difference straight away. The pain and swelling were noticeably reduced within a couple of days, far more than I had expected. I can only put this down to the Skullcap as I made no other changes to diet or supplements. I will continue to take them and hopefully will see further improvements.

Skullcap & Ashwagandha helping with sleep problems.

I always buy from British Supplements. I love that their products are clean, with no fillers or binders. I am about 3 weeks into taking Skullcap, along with Ashwagandha to help with sleep problems. The two combined are definitely helping. I am waking less often & when I do wake, I am getting back to sleep faster. Both products help with sleep, so I'm not sure which is providing the most benefit. However, the synergy of taking both certainly works!
