I have to say now we’re about a week or two in it’s so far so good!

Sleep and leg cramp

I get much more sleep now that I have moved to taking BS Valerian and mega magnesium . Leg cramps are now rare. Tried other companies with very little difference. I am also taking other BS supplements now (for arthritis) too early to make a sound comment but I have great belief that after my first 3 months I will be making a positive review.
So so pleased BS exist, I now have a serious chance of good health as at 73yr I need all the help I can get.

Valerian

I have been taking many different products from British Supplements for a few months now and I will go nowhere else. For years I have had problems with getting a good night's sleep. After trying different BS Supplements I found that valerian was a big help in getting me off to a good sleep. I take it together with Lions Mane beta glycans and magnesium. I am finally getting off to sleep quickly and getting at least 6-7 hours sleep. I sing your praises to my family because I want them to see the benefits of getting their supplements from the best on the planet.

I am nearly 70yrs old and still work full-time in the NHS.

Can’t be without these.

Money is a bit tight these days so I tried a cheaper brand of Valarian suppliments. Big mistake as I immediately knew they weren’t working as I was finding it hard to sleep again. I opened up a British supplient pill and the cheaper pill too and the powder inside looked and smelled completely different. I wonder what was in the cheaper product?!?!

Funny, that. Nobody ever felt a thing off them, so there's nothing worth censoring, so the sellers carry on untouched it seems.
