Have took these vitamin A along with the Iron supplement
for 5 months having suffered with chronic dry eyes for 3/4 years confirmed by opticians with dye drops I had large dry patches on each eye ball with nothing I took helping , omega , flaxseed supplements etc and only being advised to keep using the eye drops by opticians, even though they were no use, I went down a rabbit hole researching this condition and found information about iron deficiency and vitamin A deficiency can be a cause of dry eyes, advised could take up to 6 months of taking supplements to correct levels, 4 months into taking and I was astonished, eyes suddenly no longer watered , no tears streaming down my face such a relief!!!
