Beta Glucan

I've studied sports and health supplements for over 20 years. This supplement isn't something that you 'feel' working as such but I have used other supplements from BS that you can 'feel' and they did the job (for me, at least). As such, I have faith in this product being equally legit.

While I think the uptake blend is excessive, especially if you're stacking multiple BS supplements with the same uptake blend, the science behind it being included in BS supplements is sound. While not to be construed as a negative, the 'uptake blend' is technically a filler, something that BS spend a lot of time demonising. Not all fillers are bad, sometimes they're necessary to slow absorbtion etc. As long as a supplement has the correct actives for your goals, it doesn't really matter if the filler is an inert compound. Taking your pills with/without food or with/without fats (to suit the supplement) will help absoption. Just my 2 pennies.

This British Supplements Beta Glucan is fairly priced, certainly shouldn't cost any more than this and if it lives up to the brand's ethos and standards, it makes an excellent addition to a general good-health supplement stack for longevity.

Walk down any UK high street or scroll any sites online, it's all weak, filler-stuffed snake oil most of the time. Thin air with fancy marketing.

Funny, that. Nobody ever felt a thing off them, so there's nothing worth censoring, so the sellers carry on untouched it seems.

Here is a pattern I've noticed over the years:
