I don’t usually leave reviews, but this company British Supplements, the team and the products deserve the acknowledgment. I am very sensitive to anything new in my system so I am building up slowly. And that’s why I have taken a while to leave a review.

I honestly looked at so many different companies and their products all of which I came across contained fillers, and binders to some degree, I found it all very frustrating after weeks of searching, I felt like giving up! I then came across British Supplements after searching for the best products with no fillers, no binders and after all the reviews I read I decided to give them ago! At first I was a bit overwhelmed with all the choices of available products as I was experiencing a stressful time at work which impacted my hormones, along with aged mid forties and potentially into perimenopause stage, stress can quickly knock out of balance female hormones in this sensitive stage.

I contacted British Supplements to explain and seek guidance on which supplements, and the same morning I received a response which was very supportive and understanding, although they can’t advise I was supplied with a product ‘stacks list’ which you can look up your ‘symptoms’, requirements etc this list was really useful.

I am very sensitive anything new in my system so I am building up slowly. And that’s why I have taken a while to leave a review. Wow! is what I can say to the Magnesium L-threonate the first night I took it I could feel the effects and benefits I slept for nearly 6 hours, 2 hours more than an average night. I slept much better, waking by up feeling very relaxed and much calmer. This product is genuine and pure. The same for the vitamin D3& K2 a genuine product at the highest grade and dose. The 5HTP taken by my friend has stated they are feeling the positive effects including feeling calmer and brighter outlook.

I’ve been using vitamin B complex for a little while now, and I can really feel the difference. I have more steady energy throughout the day, and I don’t get as tired as easily. It’s also been good for my mood and focus. Super easy to take, and it feels like a nice boost for overall health.

I’ve suffered with excruciating period pains (and bad periods in general) for years so when I read about the benefits of magnesium for this I gave it a try. 5 months down the line I can’t believe I am writing this but I’ve gone from taking half a pack of cocodamol each month to just 2 pills this month! NOTE the doseage says 2 daily so initially I was taking 3 a day for the week leading up to and during my period but now I take 3 a day all the time. I could not recommend this product more.

Magnesium, along with vitamin D3 and K2, are the only supplements I take regularly. I tend to vary the type of magnesium I take to get the full benefits, but I’m particularly happy with this one, as the added pepper and cumin do help to absorb the magnesium more easily. As L-threonate is already more bio-available than other magnesium, it’s an excellent choice to take it with my oil-based vitamin D3 and K2, before sleep, so I can really optimise the benefits of both. I find the other mixed magnesium available through British Supplements is very effective too. I have been taking British Supplement magnesium for quite some time now.

Doctor recommended glucosamine for my hands and knees. I have used it on and off for years from other retailers but yours does seem to have had more affect. I no longer need to use painkilling gels on a regular basis

Honestly i have been feeling like an old granny. I am just 39. Going up the stairs, my legs felt like they couldnt carry the rest of my body. Going to catch the bus, my body and joints were in agony.
