Lions Mane

I have been using lions mane from BS for about 10 months for undiagnosed ADHD (My son went through diagnosis process and it all snapped into place as such). The results are life changing!! It reduces stress, anxiety and improves my ability to stay on task. In addition my recall capacity to learn new things has improved. Sometimes a feel a bit too chilled out and skip days here and there and I have complete breaks as well. Not sure if this is entirely productive as I notice when its wearing off, but i have lived with this for over 40 years and in theory believe I would rather cycle it to maintain the benefits.

Using BS Lions Mane in turn has improved my wellbeing and influenced better life choices (not letting opportunities go due to anxiety and fear).

I have spent years buying different products and supplements which claim to be the 'real thing' and wasted so much money in the process trying to find products that do what they are supposed to.

It works !

I bought this for depression and anxiety as I’ve seen it recommended online. It has worked really well and I feel like someone had flipped a switch in my brain and I feel so much brighter and more energised. It also had helped for my nerve damage after breaking my neck which is a great result.
I was sceptical about how it can work but it works take my word for it.

I had been researching things to help my son who has ADHD with his focus and sleep as I am not keen on him taking the BIg Pharma medication. I settled on Lions Main and PIne Bark for his focus as well as Valerian Root for his sleep. The Valerian Root has been incredible for helping him fall asleep and stay asleep. Before he would struggle for hours to get to sleep and have quality sleep. Now hes asleep within 30 minutes and is sleeping all the way through. Hes much happier in general because of this and the Lions Mane and Pine Bark have really helped him to concentrate as school so much so that he is now catching up with his peers academically. The hope is to slowly reduce the Big Pharma ADHD meds and just use these natural supplements. British Supplements as a company are fantastic. Rhodiola, B12, Ashwaganda, lions mane 40% Polysaccharides, Vit D3.

Be ordering from this company for 2 years and I cant see myself buying from another company. All the supplements Im taking are doing what they are suppose to do, Rhodiola, B12, Ashwaganda, lions mane and Vit D3. Im feeling better in my mental health and definitely less tired for a woman age 51yrs old. Just started to take collagen so early days to comment on this product.

Lion’s mane is game changer for anxiety/low mood

I have been using BS Supplements for over a year and mostly alpha gpc for brain fog and focus; I am a very stress and anxious person and have tried a couple of supplements in the past but nothing like lions mane from BS. I noticed a difference within a couple of days and after a couple of weeks I noticed I woke up in a very happy mood! And it has been consistent everyday! It grounds me and it’s just unbelievable what it’s done to my body! Anxiety for me is stomach turning and worrying many times a day and i haven’t had that feeling since I started taking it, ( the only other supplement that was strong enough to help my anxiety was high strength CBD oil and di-methylglycine is very good mood stabiliser (I’m borderline ADD, mood swings, low/high moods/anxious/worrier 42 years old)I’m ordering more as need a new supply. I found that taking on alternate days to GPC was better than both on same day. It’s amazing to be happy in the morning, smile more and not have my stomach turning at the slightest noise or thought! ☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️
