All supplements I take (and there are many) come from British Supplements when possible. First class quality, no side effects unlike others I have tried. Particularly true of Berberine. My previous Berberine from another supplier caused me severe gastric upset. To reduce blood sugar I was desperate to try Berberine. The supply from BS did not cause any upset and at last check up my blood sugar was low. Very fast delivery and fair pricing. If you find items cheaper elsewhere be vey careful and check the contents.

I have been taking clean garlic and vitamin D from British Supplements for around a year now. When I ran out of them both a few weeks ago, for various reasons I didn't re-order...mainly because I was busy doing other things...and carried on taking my other supplements as normal. That was a mistake! Within a few days the shoulder and neck muscle pain which I had almost forgotten about came back with a vengeance. I ordered again, and as ever, my supply came through super quick. Within a few days the muscle pain had gone and it has stayed gone. I'm glad it happened, actually, as it has shown me that these two supplements have quietly been making a big difference. Whether it was the garlic, or the vitamin D, I don't know, but I will be sticking with them. Thank you!

Hi all, this is my genuine review of BS Clean Turmeric.
My wife suffers from auto immune disease and we are trying to fix that chronic condition with dietary changes but that takes some time.
She suffers from oral lichen planus (inflammation and soreness of the gums), back pain, bone spurs in the feet.
We take a lot of supplements but were at our wits end to do something about this pain that flares up out of the blue.
I knew about turmeric and boswellia from long ago and then decided to read up the reviews on Chris's site.
So, in short, I gave my wife double doses of both to start off with and she said she started to feel relief within 4 hours and she was able to walk downstairs to the kitchen.
I gave her another double dose of each a few hours later and then again before bed.
The next day she was considerably better and we reduced the dose to the advised dose on the packet.

I've been a customer for approximately 18 months and have taken Omega 3, Magnesium, Tumeric, D3 + K2 every day during that time. I've also tried Zinc and have just started taking Berberine. I used to think that the supplements were expensive but after reading Chris's article about the crap in many other companies supplements, I decided that the extra cost was well worth it. I'm a 62 year old male in good health and have recently had some blood tests done just to make sure that everything is OK. My doctor remarked that I have the prostate levels of someone who has had an operation and is on medication, neither of which I've done. My husband and I have been taking various supplements from British Supplements for a few years because we like the clean, potent products.
We have tried different combinations of products for various health benefits. My husband has been taking Plant Sterols for a year and just had a blood test. Unfortunately, his cholesterol levels haven't improved. He is a healthy, slim man in his 50's with a healthy vegetarian diet and regular exercise. The GP advised that as his cholesterol has been around 6.0 for a few years that it's likely to be a familial cause, rather than his diet and life style.
On a positive note, the ashwagandha from British Supplements has significantly improved his IBS(D) and associated anxiety
