Top up to a good diet…

With the supplements I use ,both of them are used as a top up to a healthy diet.
The vitamin B is for possible deficiencies due to menopause and the Omega 3 brain health.
Since using both I certainly feel less foggy.The vitamin B seems to have reduced the severity of my migraine(visuals) so I will continue with these and the Omega seems to have helped with my dry eyes .
