Hayfever Guide
Why you get it ? Whats going on and how to defend yourself against it.
We've also had a load from people who didn't start it and are now suffering. Hence, this email is being sent again and adjusted for reviews for each herb.
The UK spring/summer. One minute it's cold, next minute it's roasting, and you're waking up with blocked sinuses, itchy eyes, sneezing your head off, and wondering what's going on.
Hay fever season.
Most people just reach for antihistamines (loaded with nasties). They dull it a bit, but they don't actually fix anything. And if you've taken them before, you'll know you don't always feel 100% yourself on them either.
The thing is, hayfever isn't really about pollen. It's how your body reacts to it. Your immune system basically sees something harmless and decides it's a threat. So it dumps histamine.
That's what gives you:
- runny nose
- itchy eyes
- irritation everywhere
What you actually want here is a proper "inside-out" stack that targets what's really going on:
- Inflammation
- Immune overreaction
- Mucus / airway irritation

Think of this as your natural antihistamine layer.

Most people miss this completely. Remember, hayfever is an overreactive immune system.
