I've been buying the vitamin D3 and collagen vitamin C for over1 year now and I can say that I feel the difference with these clean supplements...I actually don't buy from anywhere else
Wanted supplements that weren't full of filler and unverified contents. Ordered Magnesium some time ago and renewed order now along with Vit D,K,&C, and Glucosamine - wanted to get some extra help as want to keep playing tennis despite ageing (turning 60 soon). Bit too soon to say whether I notice a distinct difference but feel fine and am sure I'm taking good preventative measures. Need all the help I can get and this is an easy method!
Take one daily & find that pain symptoms are suppressed. Need to experiment with possibly increasing the intake but so far pain is not severe enough yet.
I bought these as my previous magnesium supplements had so much else in them bulking them out and also wanted to help out a fellow UK based small online business. I did email to ask exactly what the difference is between "magnesium blend " and "elemental magnesium", purely because I didn't know and like to know exactly what I'm taking. Also a previous mag supplement has really upset my stomach. I did get a hesitant reply ( I wasn't after the secret formula to replicate!) so am still none the wiser, BUT... they are marvellous.
I primarily wanted them for blood pressure lowering effects. I have recently been put on bp tablets, the first two kinds which had bad side effects. I started on the third one (Candesartan 2mg) and was told would need to up it to 4mg in two weeks. At the same time as starting this drug I started with this mega magnesium. Its been 3 weeks now and my blood pressure is lower than it has ever been (116/79) and it can't all be down to 2mg of the drug, this magnesium is definitely helping. I also take the Clean Vitamin D from BS and a Q10 that I get elsewhere. Tried the Omega3 from BS, but it upsets my stomach.
Anyway, the magnesium has definitely helped my blood pressure, so much that I am hoping to stop the 2mg of drugs. It has also helped my SLEEP. Before I would wake in the night and take ages to get back to sleep, now I sleep straight through.
If you are debating getting them, go for it !
