I have been buying supplements from this company for nearly a year now. What I like about them is that they are pure with no bulking ingredients.
I have been taking Artichoke for about a month, I take it for gut and liver health. I also take dandelion too. I certainly don’t feel as bloated and just in general feel so much better. I also take marine collagen which I’ve been taking for a couple of months and can certainly see a difference in my hair, looks shiny and healthy, also my nails are growing so fast (downside, I’ll have to have them manicured more often!)
I started off with milk thistle 10 months ago (take 2 every morning, if you’re not good at taking large tablets, these are tiny).
I’ve been reading a lot about the benefits of Chlorella, I started on them last month, they are good at eradicating toxins and good for your gut health, they are also a rich source of prebiotics.
Since starting on my supplement journey I’m feeling so much better and also drinking more water which I think helps a lot.
I’m thinking of starting on turmeric too, I have osteoarthritis and I think this may help with inflammation.

My partner has been suffering from IBS/bowel irregularity/bloating for a lifetime and she has tried several remedies, unsuccessfully. I read a lot of customers reviews on BS websites and the stacks suggested by Chris have been very useful to create our own stack. She has been taking Artichoke, Turmeric, Milk Thistle, Boswellia, Vitamin D+K (10,000 units) for two weeks now and she has been fairly regular since day 3. The bloating is also gone. We also take B12 and Vitamin C (cherry). I keep recommending BS to friends and family as the quality of their supplements at the the right dose make all the difference.

I am a reasonably fit 63 year old female usually weighing 8st. However I have been diagnosed with fatty liver “in line with my age” to quote doctors. I do HITT training twice a week and yoga and Pilates on the other days plus an 8 mile hike every week. In addition I walk the dogs every day so pretty fit. I have taken Artichoke supplement for three weeks on and off to address fatty liver and I am amazed that I have lost 2 lbs through no other dietary or exercise change. So I am hoping the weight loss is due to a healthier fatter free liver.
