Bought the boswellia for my husband mainly for his knees he had a motorcycle accident about 20 years ago and one of his knees hit the front of the car that he carried on going underneath of no damage but was left with sympathetic pain it’s the sort that never goes away as the years went by and because of the way he walked the other knee became arthritic nothing has ever worked and I mean nothing but he actually said will I get him more as this is working still early days for my husband as m**phine didn’t even touch his pain he is immune to these type of pain killers but hasn’t had theses pain killers for a long time so I think I’ve found the very thing

I have had a painful knee for decades, I think as a result of an injury. The difference was apparent within days. At the same time I had a painful foot on the other side, possibly plantar fasciitis, no joke hobbling on both legs with a greyhound who expects to walk for at least an hour! The foot has almost completely resolved and the knee is much improved.
I consume a lot of supplements, most from British Supplements plus some others but these improvements definitely followed ingestion of Boswellia so I hope it can help other people.

Hi Chris and team, I am on my 2nd 3 months supply of clean marine collagen which I’ve added to my stack of clean boswellia, clean turmeric and clean MSM. I’ve been using your supplements for about 2 years I have severe arthritis in my knees, they were so stiff and painful I could barely walk, I can now walk, not as fast as most as I am 82, but I am now pain free and since adding marine collagen I have noticed they are more comfortable. Hi there lovely people at British Supplements. I purchased Turmeric and Boswellia a month ago to see if they would help with ulcerative colitis, which I have had since about 1991. As a rule I am symptom free with flares, until recently , occuring infrequently. However, in the last few years flares have become more severe, needing high doses of steroids for increasingly longer periods. So I decided to trying Turmeric and Boswellia after following your reviews for several months. Ironically just a day after receiving my order,a flare started. Within 48hrs of taking the supplements my system felt more comfortable and relaxed, the flare subsided and I've not had to take one steroid!!! That is pretty amazing as without steroids in the past I have twice ended up in hospital needing a blood transfusion. Even though at the moment I am without the supplements because I was late ordering,all is fine. I have to add that because of the severity of past flares, I had to resort to taking a low dose immunosuppressant. Recently, it was suggested that I may have to increase that. But I am now confident that Turmeric and Boswellia will keep me well. I hope to soon add to my stack several other supplements. So, a huge THANK YOU to Chris and all of the team. Cheers, Wendy Monk

I’ve been taking Boswellia for a month and can honestly say, the pain, stiffness and swelling in my arthritic finger ends have improved by about 90%. I can actually use my hands properly like I used to (typing, cooking, cleaning, decorating). I only take 1 pill a day. I have arthritis in hips, knee and foot which has also improved massively as has my mobility (also see a chiropractor so not all down to the pills). I’ve weaned myself off the codeine & paracetamols so I’m very happy about that. I feel like a new woman.
