Clean Butterbur the Unsung Hero!

This is great for seasonal allergies/migraines or indeed any allergic response, as it acts as a calcium-channel blocker and leukotriene inhibitor to calm nerve signals and reduce inflammation. I stack this alongside nettle leaf for histamine intolerance; it has greatly reduced my reliance on Cetirizine (over-the-counter antihistamines), good for detoxing alongside Epsom salt baths too! It is difficult to get a clean version that is not in tincture form, so well done, British Supplements!

Walk down any UK high street or scroll any sites online, it's all weak, filler-stuffed snake oil most of the time. Thin air with fancy marketing.

Funny, that. Nobody ever felt a thing off them, so there's nothing worth censoring, so the sellers carry on untouched it seems.

Here is a pattern I've noticed over the years:
