Forskohlii seems to have been helping me support fat loss with 2-4 weeks use. Alongside clean eating and plenty of exercise, it feels like it's having a ketogenic-like effect on my body. Very happy with the results and I've since placed another order.

Using this as a replacement for the discontinued Intal for asthma

There wasn’t a lot of research out there for this product so I had to experiment on myself
I’m extremely happy and extremely relieved to say it has had a positive effect along with a strict diet not eating gluten, dairy, sugar and the nightshade family. Taken with a Quercetin complex (from another company sorry )as an antihistamine for the allergies I’m very happy to endorse this product
My lungs have never been so good! Ever!
And I’m still improving
I’m still experimenting with dosage but this is beyond MAJOR!
Down side, it has to be taken as a preventative and as you get better you forget 🤣

I bought this as I read that coleus can help regulate the thyroid as I have the typical symptoms of hypothyroidism, but in the UK the test for thyroid is renowned for being woefully out and women end up struggling for years with the symptoms.
I'm not given over to placebo effect as I take 15 supplements daily and always wait the usual 2-3 months for effects to really show up.
However, after less than one week of taking this I was pretty amazed. I was more energetic, but the most notable change was a massive increase in how bright and alert I feel. Difficult to describe really, but like a brain fog had lifted.
I have been on my other supplements for a long time and as this was a new one, then I can only attribute my results to this.

I will add that the emails from British Supplements giving the reviews is a great idea because unless you know each one and what they are all for it's a bit of a minefield.
I wouldn't have thought to try this without the reviews, and from there I then usually research thoroughly and then come back to order.
I have also just added NMN to my stack because of the emails. So a big Thank You to all that leave reviews and to the great team at BS.

Stomach pain and Blood pressure

I bought the Coleus Forskohlii to try and help with a constant stomach pain I had had for several months and also to see if it would lower my blood pressure which was at the higher end of normal, and after having used it I do no longer have the pain in my stomach and my blood pressure has come down on regular checking of an average of around 8 points systolic reading and about 4 points diastolic, so I am pleased with results and I hope over time they will continue to drop.
The order was delivered promptly and I like the no added nasty ingredients, will definitely order again.

Walk down any UK high street or scroll any sites online, it's all weak, filler-stuffed snake oil most of the time. Thin air with fancy marketing.

Funny, that. Nobody ever felt a thing off them, so there's nothing worth censoring, so the sellers carry on untouched it seems.
