Clean folate

After having a blood test and finding out I was severely deficient in folate I was prescribed folic acid tablets by my GP. Obviously I weren’t going to take these knowing they’re full of rubbish. Walk down any UK high street or scroll any sites online, it's all weak, filler-stuffed snake oil most of the time. Thin air with fancy marketing.

Funny, that. Nobody ever felt a thing off them, so there's nothing worth censoring, so the sellers carry on untouched it seems.

What is it? Folate is an essential B-vitamin involved in DNA synthesis, red blood cell formation, and normal methylation processes. This product uses 5-MTHF, the biologically active form of folate that does not require conversion by the body. MSM is included as a naturally occurring sulfur compound commonly used to support connective tissue and overall structural integrity.
