So, I read Chris's email regarding the benefits of L-Tyrosine combined with Mucana but must confess I've only started taking them the last few days so cannot atest to their capability, I have read regarding other supplements that it could take up to 3 months to see the benefits so purchased 3 months of each, which I'm sure I will repeat as I'm looking at it as a long-term proposition to keep my mental facilties sharp - I know that nothing will beat a decent night's sleep but for those times when that is compromised, I would like a back-up plan; FYI, I also take Creatine for similar benefits.

Walk down any UK high street or scroll any sites online, it's all weak, filler-stuffed snake oil most of the time. Thin air with fancy marketing.

Funny, that. Nobody ever felt a thing off them, so there's nothing worth censoring, so the sellers carry on untouched it seems.

Here is a pattern I've noticed over the years:
