I have MCAS and are on a pile of your supplements which keep me relatively alive and stable, Saturday morning after a most horrendous Friday, thinking this going to cause a crash and starting to panic, up popped this little jewel. I ordered immediately having research the benefits, getting the body to lower its cortisol naturally, helping inflammation and so much more, it arrived next day. Normally I would be careful and not take immediately, I took half a dose. I have only been on these for just over a week This is the one for me! So much so, several people have asked if i have lost weight! My joints are moving better, I don't look so bloated, my gut and poop pipes are behaving and last night a full, unheard of, 8 hours unbroken sleep! Because I have a fungus allergy all the mushroom range isn’t available to me. I will do another review as i progress but this is looking to be my Lionsmane replacement, the dancing brain is quietening too and best of all i had a full belly laugh last night. L-tyrosine

I can honestly say that I've noticed an improvement in my 'get up and go' with using this. I have suffered with fatigue for a few years, so I've also stacked with L-theanine, alpha GPC and garlic. Plus more recently added L-methylfolate and I'm getting so much more done, feeling positive, energised.
