Been on this now about 8 months. Along with lion's mane don't feel the need for prescription sleeping/anxiety tablets. It's not a quick fix and you have to give it time to work but if your patient enough you can look forward to a better life. Obviously it's not a solution to all your problems or a magic fix to life. It helps keep me calm and think straight again without brain fog so as I can deal with my issues under my own steam.

I was researching supplements to enhance memory, improving cognitive function and stress relief, I found rhodalia rosea to be a potentially beneficial supplement. I then researched many companies claiming to supply rhodalia however none with the strength and quality of British supplements. I’ve bought a mnths supply and can already feel a big improvement. I feel so much calmer me my brain feels a lot clearer. I emailed British supplements for advice and they advised quickly that I could stack rhodalia with other supplements which I have just purchased. This herb is a game changer! I work a shift pattern that has very quick changes from nights to days, which I know is bad for my health and my cortisol levels where through the roof.
At times I felt really burnt out even when getting ‘enough’ sleep… this is the third time of ordering Rhodiola Rosea and I can honestly say I feel so much better you can really feel this herb take the edge off!

Something that works for me...at last

After many years of dealing with PTSD unsuccessfully I went to my doctor and asked for antidepressants. Something I never wanted to do. I received my prescription and then researched the side effects and decided not to take them. Back to square one! So back on the web and more research took me to British Supplements and Rhodiola Rosea. With nothing to lose I ordered some and.... They work! I'm not running barefoot through the woods hugging trees but the edge has smoothed off for me. I don't spend as much time in my head thinking too much any more. Thoughts just come and go and I'm calmer and less anxious and stressed. As far as I'm concerned these work without all the potential downsides of chemical based medication. Give them a try....apart from a relatively small amount of cash, what have you got to lose?

Walk down any UK high street or scroll any sites online, it's all weak, filler-stuffed snake oil most of the time. Thin air with fancy marketing.

Funny, that. Nobody ever felt a thing off them, so there's nothing worth censoring, so the sellers carry on untouched it seems.
