Only my first order of Clean Pine Pollen but I am beginning to notice slightly improved memory and better sleep. I have no doubt I will see a much better outcome when I have been taking it a couple of months or so.

I find that Genuine clean cracked pollen has given me my vet and go back when I thought it had gone for good.
Being menopausal, I have tried a few things to shake off the tiredness that comes over me like a wave at about 1pm and couldn't seem to shake it off at all thought I'd give this a try and after about 3wks, I felt so much better and was told by a friend how much better I looked and she asked what I was taking and recommended it to her as British Supplements is all I will recommend, because it's clean, not bulked with rubbish.
