You have all been asking for black pepper (piperine) in your Turmeric so we have gone one better and are adding an ancient Ayurveda uptake blend to most of our products over the next month. Each product will be 9:1 meaning 9 parts herb and 1 part uptake blend (black pepper 10% Piperine, cumin extract, ginger extract 5%). This will improve our products a lot. What will change? The amount of herb/product won't change that much as we have done 10 so far and they are around about the same amounts. We are rolling this out over the next month guys so amounts will vary 10-30mg from what it says on each product page please be aware. Thanks :)

I started taking Rhodiola Rosea to complement the Co-enzyme Q10 I now take for migraine, with a view to keeping cortisol low. All I can say is that right from the beginning I felt a calmness of mind I hadn't had before. I've always considered myself to be good at coping with stress, but migraines were becoming a real blight, more often and more debilitating, so I lost three days of my life every time, approx. once a month. Since I started taking Rhodiola nothing bothers me much, I feel a calm, measured approach to issues that arise without drowsiness or brain fog. I would never willingly be without this now I have doscovered it. Thanks Chris!!!
I mainly started using the NAC after hearing it could help with certain mental health issues that I struggle with, and wanting to g a different route than prescription medication,, and I have seen improvements in my mental health since using this, and some other British Supplements products too (including magnesium and pine bark regularly).
There’s also no doubt it helps clear the airways, loosening mucus. I didn’t realise it also did this, and wondered why I was bringing up so much mucus, even as a heavy smoker it seemed a lot, but if you need it for this purpose, I can definitely confirm it’ll work! Lol
Possibly helps with muscle fatigue too and detox, great product with versatility
I started taking this last year and within a month gradually reducing my ppi ,now take one low dose twice a week.I have tried many times before with no success.I am very happy with the tablets.
I suffer with allergic rhinitis and post nasal drip. During the last heatwave in May it was the worst it had ever been so after seeing Chris’s post regarding antihistamines, which I cannot tolerate, I decided to try stinging nettle as I already take several of his supplements and they work well for me. I have been taking them for three weeks and although it’s early days I have been surprised by the results. The nose and eyes don’t itch so much, my nose is not so runny and the sneezing is better. The only problem now is the constant catarrh caused by the post nasal drip. Already take Vit C so looking into trying another supplement to add to the stack to see if it will make any difference. So happy I finally got round to trying the stinging nettle and I will be ordering a three month supply next time.
These Berberine are amazing. The veins on legs have nearly gone.
Bought the clean Garlic supplement to add to my stack, hoping that it keeps all the nasties away. Early days but if it's anything like the rest of your products then it'll be a winner 👍

I have noticed a considerable improvement in my symptoms, particularly at night when I was waking regularly. I was taking Ashgawanda by another manufacturer with no change. I combine it with Cordyceps and Lions Mane.
Ive been ordering from Chris for a few years now and don't normally post reviews as I believe everyone should do their own research and try not to be influenced by others.
However British Supplements are a great company to deal with.

Over the last couple of years I've used many supplements from Chris but the one that really stands out is the magnesium.
I have a hereditary health issue that has only recently been accepted by the health experts, Restless Leg Syndrome.
My Elder brother has it my Mother had it and her Mother.
The magnesium is amazing. It calms the nerves, the muscles relax and calm themselves and I get to sleep.
Just wish I'd known about it years ago.
There's not many things worse than sleep deprivation and magnesium has solved my problem.
Grateful thanks go to Chris and his team and I look forward to trying more supplements over the forthcoming years.
