As someone who can't cope with any dosage of statins, I decided to try the Clean Plant Sterols, in conjunction with a continuing effort to watch my diet. I have had very high cholesterol for years - up to 10.5 at times. I was told it was familial, but nothing specific in my ancestry suggests this. I've been taking the Sterols for just over two months. This isn't a quick fix, as you get with prescribed statins, where cholesterol seems to drop hugely overnight. I think it's more 'slow and steady'. However, during my recent telephone appointment with my doctor (yes, a REAL human doctor!) he told me that whilst my cholesterol was still high, he then said that it had dropped from 10.5 to 8.5 with the 'bad' cholesterol dropping from 5.5 to 3.5. I was absolutely thrilled. I'd be happy to get it down to 7 as I believe we all need a reasonable level of cholesterol. Now, he agreed that some of this may be due to the changes I've made in my diet. I might add, I'm not overweight, being 70K for my height of 5'8 before I started watching my diet more. I love cheese, although wasn't eating it above three times a week in one form or another - so not really overdoing it. However I've cut it down to the occasional treat maybe once a week - and grated where possible. I'm down to 68.1K and hope to reach my target weight of 66k. The doctor didn't rubbish these supplements - he simply said that it was likely that the combination of diet changes and taking the supplement were both helping. I have to say that I feel much better, I have no side effects from the supplements and I am eager to see if matters continue to improve. I will do a further review in three months time, after my next blood test.
I was suffering from the worst chest infection I have. Ever had .
I have been taking lungwart for 6 weeks it has really helped with the tightness around chest and clearing them of mucus .
Thank you British supplements
We got some for my father in law, husband & myself and we are all feeling a benefit already after about a month. We are all outdoor people but obviously were in need of this supplement. It's reassuring to know that there are no nasties and fillers in them, our food supply is being destroyed daily with synthetics, additives and other nasties. Thanks for being a genuine company, it's appreciated. They also arrived really quickly too and we are now on our 2nd month. Keep up the good work!
Been usingthis turmeric for a few months now and I have to say movement has increased significantly and my ongoing joint pain is reduced.
I have tried other brands but this one seems better than the rest.
After working nights for 5 1/2 years, it finally took it's toll. I am now taking d3+k, as have had hardly and sun on my skin for that time. I also take milk thistle for fatty liver ( caused I expect by eating rubbish on nights), Dandelion for joint pain and Zinc as I am probably low in that too. I must day I am starting to feel better. Stomach less bloated, pain in my joints has reduced, I'm not having to get up so much at night to use the toilet and I just feel I have a bit more spring in my step. Will continue to use these as it does seem to make a difference. It's also reassuring that they have no nasties in them.
I have been buying from pre-supplements for several years now and I have recommended them to numerous work colleagues and friends. I’ve been great impressed with the quality of the products and I rely on them for enhanced mobility and generally good health.
I used to use products from the High Street chain shops, but these products from British supplements are infinitely better
Thank you for supplements
I use these as they dont have talc in them etc like some on the market. I have seen an improvement since I have used them for over a week already. I Use the collagen.
Leaving a review is new to me but in the case of British Supplements, credit will be given where it is certainly due. I have used British Supplements for around three years now. The products are top quality, the packaging is professional, the communication and delivery is 10 out of 10. They are as a company a breath of fresh air. Their stance and strength against authoritarian pressure from above whilst continuing to have their customers health as a priority is a rare thing these days and they deserve our support to keep doing what they are doing and fighting the good fight for all us. Thankyou British Supplements
