Great supplement for many different things. Astaxanthin is quite an all rounder that helps with my osteopenia. It helps with eye health and brain health and the added bonus of helping to reduce wrinkles.

I have trouble falling asleep because of anxiety about a noisy neighbour and taking two magnesium glycinate an hour before sleep really help bring on a deep sleep for about five hours. It's little early to leave a review after just 10 days of usage. However, I have been a customer of British Supplements for several years and suffice to say that if I did not feel the products were of help to me, I would not be purchasing them! I admire Chris' spirit and his values, and I think what he's done is well worth doing, and long may he keep the faith and the flame alive.

Recently I’ve been dealing with a few health issues and my mood had really dipped. I decided to start taking 5-HTP again, something I’d used before but taken a break from and wow, within just a week I’ve noticed a real difference. I feel lighter, more positive and more able to tackle the day ahead. For quite some time, hormonal changes had left me feeling flat and joyless, so I honestly don’t know why I didn’t restart sooner. I did have a little tummy ache for the first couple of nights, but it soon settled.

I take D3+K2 10,000iu daily during the winter months and 5,000iu for the summer months.
