You have all been asking for black pepper (piperine) in your Turmeric so we have gone one better and are adding an ancient Ayurveda uptake blend to most of our products over the next month. Each product will be 9:1 meaning 9 parts herb and 1 part uptake blend (black pepper 10% Piperine, cumin extract, ginger extract 5%). This will improve our products a lot. What will change? The amount of herb/product won't change that much as we have done 10 so far and they are around about the same amounts. We are rolling this out over the next month guys so amounts will vary 10-30mg from what it says on each product page please be aware. Thanks :)

Hi Chris, I've been buying supplements from you for quite some time now and they are simply the best👌just TipTop ☺️ For the past 6 months. My iron levels have been gradually falling and I've felt incredibly ill. After being in severe pain with sciatica and an arthritic hip, a friend sent me a pack of Boswellia to go with turmeric I had begun to take. I’d never heard of it but gave it a try and could not believe the effect. Within three days I was genuinely back to walking several km and almost pain free other than minor muscle aches and pains. Before this I had to get up the stairs on my hands and knees and could barely bend over to tie up my shoes. I’ve continued to take both supplements and although I still get an occasional twinge, I’m able to do the things I was struggling to do before and for the most part I am pain free. The results have been nothing less than remarkable and another bonus has been no more Ibuprofen or other painkillers.

I use several supplements from this company. These are Turmeric, Vitamin D with K, Dandelion and Magnesium. I don't know if it's a coincidence, but I'm in perimenopause and suffered from hot flashes, they gradually decreased and after two months of use I no longer feel hot flashes.

Purchased B12 supplement, not had them before but seem a good product sent out fairly quickly.
I have been on immune suppressant drugs and infusions for the past two and a half years, for a serious autoimmune disease.
The side effects of these include hair loss. I have always had really thick unruly hair prior to this. Now it's much thinner and feels very fragile, I dread washing it as the amount shed clogs the shower.
Anyway, I was looking for something natural to support/ improve hair growth when I saw this from British Supplements. I have heard great things about this company so I felt if biotin was going to help at all I should buy it from there.
It's very early days but when washing my hair it definitely feels stronger... I will come back in a couple of months or so to update this review.
